My Place is a new section of the city that we have created in Mokotow. This multifunctional project, which was built between Bobrowiecka, Witosa, Dziekońskiego and Aignera streets, is already in full operation. It combines office buildings, apartments, service points and well-designed public space. The office part consists of two office buildings with 34,000 sqm for creating and succeeding in business. The energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions and technologies supporting sustainable development used in the development of the office part are certified by BREEAM. The first building was commissioned in May 2019, and the second in 2020.
