Swobodna SPOT is two modern premium office buildings with green terraces and an urban passage in the middle, open to everyone. The investment will offer a total of 41,600 sqm. space with the latest technologies, green certificates, flexible office spaces, services and lush vegetation in the passage in the very center of the city.



Completion of the construction of the first, 11-floors building at the corner of Swobodna and Gwiaździsta streets is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
