A new chapter at the heart of Rondo 1. On September 1, 2025, CitySpace will open a new office space on the 12th floor of the iconic Rondo 1 skyscraper. This symbolic step marks a decade of the company’s presence in the market and the development of the very first project that started its journey.
The new floor adds 1,500 sqm of carefully designed workspace, which – together with the already operating 10th floor – brings the total office area at Rondo 1 to 3,000 sqm. At the heart of the location remains a signature 150+ sqm atrium on the 10th floor, visually stretching four storeys up – one of the most recognizable architectural features of the project. The new space will include 38 boutique offices (ranging from 1 to 11 workstations), 3 meeting rooms, 3 focus rooms, a game room, and 2 fully equipped kitchens, offering 180 new workstations in total.
Boutique offices designed with the user in mind
“Rondo 1 is a special place – for us and our clients. This is where CitySpace began in 2015. Ten years of brand growth is the perfect moment to expand this location,” says Lisa Zettlin, Managing Director of CitySpace. “The 12th floor offers a new standard of boutique office space, designed for flexibility, comfort, and a top-quality user experience.”
The original 10th floor was thoroughly renovated last year, further enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
A workspace designed for the future of work
The interior design was developed by the Fruit Orchard studio, led by architect Kasia Miastkowska – known for her work on the upcoming CitySpace Forum as well as CitySpace MidPoint and Novo. The concept merges four design narratives: the aesthetic of the 10th floor, the timeless form of the Rondo 1 building, CitySpace’s distinctive design language developed in recent years and rooted in biophilic principles, and a forward-looking vision of the office as a place that supports work – not merely a location where tasks are performed. The interiors are defined by soft lighting, natural materials, and a calming palette that encourages focus.
Rondo 1 – prestige, trust, and quality
Rondo 1 is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Poland, holding LEED Gold and Well Health & Safety certifications. It consistently achieves the highest average occupancy in the CitySpace portfolio – regularly exceeding 90% – and scored a record 88% in the 2024 Customer Loyalty Rating.
The new space is tailored for companies seeking a boutique atmosphere, high functionality, and top-tier service. It also responds to the needs of teams operating in a hybrid model – balancing collaborative work with focused individual tasks.
A space that supports your rhythm
“Rondo 1 is a project that proves that thoughtful office design is not a trend – it’s a foundation of modern business,” says Jakub Bawoł, Head of Business Development at CitySpace. “Our goal is to create places that evolve with users – offering flexibility, comfort, and an aesthetic that truly supports work.”
“When designing the new space at Rondo 1, we wanted to capture the maturity of this location while moving a step forward – in terms of functionality, material quality, and emotional impact. We aimed to create interiors that inspire yet remain intuitive and calm. By working with natural light, color, and texture, we shaped spaces that support rather than compete with the rhythm of their users,” adds Kasia Miastkowska, architect and co-creator of the concept.
The twelfth CitySpace project. Pre-leasing now open
The expansion of space in Rondo 1 is part of CitySpace's dynamic growth, which currently manages twelve active projects in Poland with over 30,000 m² of flexible office space across the country’s five largest cities. Pre-sales of the new space are underway – interested companies can benefit from preferential lease terms and the opportunity to reserve the best offices.
