Maree, a bistro inspired by the classic dining establishments of Paris and New York, is coming to Warsaw Breweries. The restaurant will open along the main pedestrian street - the Haberbusch and Schiele woonerf, right next to Malthouse Market. It will welcome its first guests in early 2027.

Maree will be a destination for lunch, casual meetings, and evening dinner. The offering will center around a concise, seasonal menu based on high-quality ingredients. Culinary inspirations will feature classic bistro staples, including oysters, snails, seafood, seafood brioche rolls, steak frites, French onion soup, beef tartare, and other French favorites.

The concept reflects the aesthetic of a classic bistro - timeless, elegant, and cohesive. The interior design features plush seating, marble, natural wood, and mirrors, with two focal points: an oyster bar with a semi-open kitchen and a cocktail bar. Warm, ambient lighting and candlelight will complete the atmosphere.

Located adjacent to Malthouse Market, Maree fits seamlessly into the vibrant Warsaw Breweries district, which blends dining, retail, services, and social spaces. Culinary diversity is one of the development's hallmarks, featuring around 40 restaurants, cafés, and dining concepts, including venues gathered within Food Hall Browary. The selection encompasses cuisines from around the globe, with new additions thoughtfully curated to complement the existing culinary landscape.

The new tenant at Warsaw Breweries will occupy 120 sq m of space. The opening of Maree is scheduled for early 2027.
