The Energizer Group Poland and Echo Investment concluded a lease of office space in the Park Postępu complex developed at 21 Postępu street in Warsaw. Energizer was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle in the leasing process. The Polish office of Energizer is to occupy an area of nearly 500 sqm.
“We are happy that Energizer Poland has chosen Park Postępu for its office and joined our tenants. The presence of such an excellent brand as Energizer confirms the prestige of the location and the standard offered by our project,” says Łukasz Żelezik, Senior Leasing Manager Echo Investment. The contract with Energizer completes the office space leasing process in building C, which is part of the complex.
The last free modules are located on two top floors of the last building – D. There are currently negotiations carried out concerning approx. 3,000 sqm of the remaining office space on offer. On finalizing the negotiations the commercialization of the whole facility – nearly 34,000 sqm, will be completed.

Modern structure of Park Postępu enables the company to use the office space with maximum efficiency and provides access to natural light. Additional services offered by the complex include a conference centre, a sushi bar, a canteen, a medical clinic, a courier service centre and a chemist’s, among other things. All these elements won recognition of our client”.
There is currently interior design work being carried out in building D. The first tenant started its operations in November and the next ones are in the process of area acceptance and adaptation. All tenants are expected to start their operations by the end of Q1 and the beginning of Q2 2011.

PARK POSTĘPU is a modern A class office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the ground floor. The complex is being constructed at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets. Each of the buildings has 7 overground storeys and 2 underground storeys.
All-in, PARK POSTĘPU has approximately 34 thousand sq.m. of usable area. The complex shall be equipped in more than 800 parking places.
The design of PARK POSTĘPU was elaborated in the Warsaw design studio APA Wojciechowski.
The construction of PARK POSTĘPU began in January 2008. At present the construction works are conducted by Modzelewski & Rodek.
