The Avatar office building developed by Echo Investment has received the CIJ Award in the ‘Best Office Development’ category, granted by Roberts Publishing.

An independent jury of the contest awarded the Avatar office building in recognition of active development of office infrastructure in Kraków and for introducing to the market a facility that is interesting for tenants while times are hard.

The prize was awarded on November 4th, 2010 in the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw. The CIJ Awards have been granted to the best companies and projects on the Polish property market for 8 years.
