Echo Investment and ROCHE Poland have signed the second office space lease agreement in the Malta Office Park complex being developed in Poznań on Arcybiskupa Baraniaka street.

ROCHE Poland is a leading manufacturer of drugs used in many fields of medicine, which operates in over 150 countries. In Malta Office Park Roche runs its IT Service Centre on an area of nearly 1,450 sqm. The newly leased space of over 1,830 sqm will allow the company to develop operations of the Centre. Roche has leased a total of nearly 3,300 sqm.

Commercialization of the complex is going according to schedule. In the first and second stages of the complex (buildings A - E) there has already been 76% of space leased.

Malta Office Park is a modern office park located in Poznań, at Baraniaka street, consisting of six office buildings, offering jointly almost  31 000 sq. m. of leaseable area. Leaseholders of the building and their clients have at their disposal almost 600 parking places at the surface and underground car parks. The whole complex was equipped with a number of modern technological solutions, security, monitoring and access control systems.

The design of Malta Office Park complex was created in Litoborski-Marciniak architectural studio from Poznań.

The group of the leaseholders consists of the following companies, among others: Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin, Roche Polska, AXA, Intermedica, Medicover, Ogicom, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Projekty Bank owe Polsoft, Raiffeisen, Żagiel, Grenkeleasing.

Realization of Malta Office Park began in August of 2007, the Ist stage (two 5-storeyed buildings) was accomplished in December of 2008. In 2010 the IInd phase shall be accomplished (two 5-storeyed and one 6-storeyed building) and realization of the last, third phase of the project shall begin.
