Next weekend, on Saturday June 26, 2010, Echo Investment is organizing an open day of the Małe Naramowice Rynek residential estate, which is the third stage of the Małe Naramowice project.
Within the framework of the open day all people who come to Rubież Street 14 from 10:00 to 15:00 will be able to look around the newly built residential complex. The visitors will have the opportunity to see the apartments still available for sale as well as the show apartment and get to know the apartment finishing options. Developer’s representatives and financial advisers present at the event will provide detailed information about the project itself, the purchase conditions and ways of funding the purchase of the property to all interested visitors.
There have been numerous attractions planned for all the guests, including a prize competition. People who come to the event with children will be able to look at the apartments in peace while their kids will be looked after by watchful baby-sitters in the closed area of the estate. There have been a lot of competitions and games with prizes prepared for the youngest ones, including among others: an art completion, looking for hidden treasure, drawing on the pavement and meeting a policeman. What is more, there will be skipping ropes, balls, hula-hoops and candy floss waiting for the children.
During the event there will also be the possibility to find out about the new stage of the project, the Pod Klonami estate, Marta Politowicz from Echo Investment informs.
The new project of Echo Investment is the fourth stage constituting an architectural continuation of the buildings executed as part of the Małe Naramowice until now. Its modern design fitting in with the style of the projects developed so far has been created by Archikwadrat architectural studio from Poznań. The estate is to consist of 10 urban villas and will be executed in three sub-stages. The project includes a total of 145 two-, three- and four-room apartments with areas ranging from 47 to 110 sqm. Clients looking for more space will be able to use the option of joining the apartments. Each of the apartments will have at least one balcony or a loggia and the owners of the apartments situated on the ground floors will have patios with areas of up to 20 sqm at their disposal. The Pod Klonami complex is located in the north-east part of Poznań between the streets of Rubież and Czarnucha. The investor particularly emphasizes the functional and recreational values of this spot. “There is a nursery school, a school, a market, a church, the Żurawiniec Reserve and tennis courts located near the project,” stresses Marta Politowicz, sales office manager.
