Echo Investment has resumed execution and sales of a modern residential estate called "Kasztanowa Aleja" at Wojskowa Street in Poznań.

Marta Politowicz further adds that 'the Grunwald district where the estate is being developed is a prestigious, recognized area of Poznań, adjacent to the city center. Proximity of main traffic arteries, such as Reymonta, Przybyszewskiego, Grunwaldzka, Hetmańska Streets, facilitates quick and easy access to other parts of the city. Public transport users will have available to an extensive network of tram and bus lines. The "Kasztanowa Aleja" development will consist of two independent buildings with yards, green areas and a playground for children. Prices of apartments range from PLN 6,070 to PLN 9,238 per square meter. The price of a parking place on the underground parking lot is PLN 2,461 per square meter, and the price of a tenant's shed is PLN 2,140 per square meter.
The parking places together with tenants' sheds and non-contact car wash will be available under the building for residents of the development. Higher living standard and safety will be enhanced with numerous advanced monitoring and access control solutions. A videophone will be provided in every apartment, and the access to the parking lot will be under CCTV surveillance.
“Studio Lisiak Sp. z o.o.” of Poznań is the author of architectural design of the “Kasztanowa Aleja” project, and “Warbud S.A.” of Warsaw is the general contractor.
The site has already been handed over to the general contractor. Anticipated completion date of the first stage of this project is in the 3rd quarter of 2011.
Echo Investment has been operating on the Poznań market since 2000. It has already completed the following projects in this city: Ibis hotel at Kazimierza Wielskiego Street; "Nad Wartą" luxury apartment building at Mostowa Street; three stages of "Naramowice" housing estate at Rubież Street; and office complex Malta Office Park. The investor now intends to develop the "Metropolis" mall at Hetmańska Street, and to build an estate of cozy detached houses in the Sołacz district.
