On 24 February in hotel InterContinental in Warsaw a conference was held of the Office Real Estate Market of Middle and Eastern Europe organized by Eurobuild Conferences.

Office Real Estate Market Conference is one of the most important events of this type, bringing together experts in this trade and the biggest companies active at the market. The main topic of the meeting was the influence of crisis and results it brought about to the office market in Poland and Europe.

Waldemar Lesiak, director of the Department of Office and Hotel Projects took part in the panel discussion  „Increase of the importance of competition”, during which participants discussed the situation of office market in the biggest Polish cities and interest of leaseholders in particular regions of the country.
