Echo Investment signed subsequent lease agreements of areas in Oxygen project realized at Malczewskiego street in Szczecin.

Two subsequent companies leased office areas in Oxygen, in Szczecin, occupying in total more than 1 000 square meters:

- Medicover clinic offering complex medical care will open its establishment of the area of almost 800 sq. m.

- Fabryka Gier, a company dealing in designing and manufacturing games and community applications, advergames and educational programmes will take up more than 240 sq. m.

Other companies which have already leased offices in Oxygen are, among others: Nordea Bank Polska, Coloplast Shared Services, Isabel Studio and Subway.

The level of leased areas exceeded 50%, taking into consideration agreements with clients from gastronomical and BPO branches, which contain confidentiality clauses.

Works connected with realization of Oxygen project are realized as scheduled. The shell and core state was accomplished in January 2010. At present installation works are in progress inside the building. Anticipated term of receiving the occupancy permit is the turn of II and III quarter of 2010.

Oxygen is a modern, 9-storeyed office building,  located in the very center of Szczecin, at the intersection of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue.

In the building modern technological solutions were applied. The office building was equipped, among others, in: high class teleinformatic lines, security system and monitoring and access control systems.

The size of a typical floor (more than 1 640 sq. m.), works out very well in the „open space” office convention. Its functonal layout also gives wide possibilities of arrangement of space for various groups of leaseholders, including also those interested in small office modules.

Occupants of the building shall be able to use additional services like, among others: medical clinic, coffee bar, press lounge and fitness club. Employees and clients of the office building shall have at their disposal 181 parking places at surface and underground parking lots.
