Male Naramowice Rynek housing estate accomplished by Echo Investment at Rubiez street in Poznan was nominated for SARP Award of 2008.

For several years Union of Polish Architects has granted the Award of the Year for the best architectural building. From all sent applications only five projects were appointed which were built for private means. The residential complex Male Naramowice Rynek realized at Rubiez street in Poznan was among them. The jury took into consideration the quality of architecture, the fresh look and modern approach to space management.

MAŁE NARAMOWICE is a harmoniously designed housing estate of diverse architecture located at Rubiez street in Poznan.

The central part of Małe Naramowice housing estate is the market square. Its frontage is made of variegated buildings’ elevations. The whole of this place was designed as organized garden. Carefully elaborated details, small architecture, used materials and colours and, first of all, natural vegetation supplement the image.

The buildings located in the market square and adjacent streets offer comfortable apartments with glazed sun parlours, loggias, balconies and terraces. Also attractive two-storeyed apartments are located at the top floors. Areas of designed apartments range from 40,00 sq. m. to 216,00 sq. m., and thanks to applied structural solutions it is easily possible to change the location of partition walls and also connecting of apartments.

On ground floors of the building in the market square there are service shops of diverse areas: from approximately 19 sq. m. to 400 sq. m.
