New offices in Malta Office Park

Two subsequent buildings of Malta Office Park complex in Poznan - accomplished by Echo Investment, received ocupancy permit.

Malta Office Park consists of six office buildings, offering all together almost 31 000 sq. m. of leasable area. The received occupancy permit concerns two 5-storeyed buildings of the total leasable area of nearly 7 000 sq. m. In the group of leaseholders of this part of the complex there are, among others: Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin and Roche Polska.

The first stage of the project, consisting of two buildings of the total area of almost 7 000 sq. m. received an occupancy permit towards the end of 2008. In the group of leaseholders of these buildings there are, among others: AXA, Intermedica, Medicover, Ogicom, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Projekty Bankowe Polsoft, Raiffeisen and Żagiel.

Completion of the works connected with the entire complex is scheduled for the 2nd half of 2010.

Malta Office Park is a modern office park located in Poznań, at Abp. Baraniaka street, consisting of six 5 and 6-storeyed buildings.

The complex offers the leasable area of nearly 31.000 sq.m. The leaseholders in the building have at their disposal approximately 600 parking places at surface and underground car parks. The whole complex has been equipped with a number of modern technological solutions, security system and monitoring and access control systems.

The design of Malta Office Park complex was created in Litoborski-Marciniak architectural studio of Poznań.
