The extended Echo Gallery was presented at the special session during Mapic Fair 2009 Far - the biggest European event of the rael estate market, which was held in famous Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The international jury appointed by the Fair’s organizers chose the Echo Gallery as one of the most promising and most interesting commercial projects presented at Mapic. 10 best projects were selected out of all applications to the category „Shopping Centers Projects”, among which there were buildings from Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.

The center was presented by Anna Malarczyk, Development Manager of the Shopping Center Projects Department during a special Speed Matching session devoted to CEE countries market.
Echo Investment fair stand was one of the biggest and most often visited Polish stands at MAPIC this year.

During the Fair, the company of Kielce presented also, apart from Echo Gallery, seven other projects in Poland: Metropolis in Poznan, Astra Center in Szczecin, Olimpia Gallery in Bełchatów, Sudecka Gallery in Jelenia Góra, Amber Gallery in Kalisz, Veneda Gallery in Łomża and extended Grunwaldzki Arcade in Wrocław and two projects located abroad: Korona in Brasov, Romania and Mundo in Budapest, Hungary.

Yet it was the Gallery coming into existence in Kielce which aroused the biggest interest of the visitors.
This is not only one of the biggest and most interesting projects presented at Cannes Fair. This Center in Kielce keeps ceaselessly appearing at the columns of Polish and foreign trade press, since the moment of spectacular credit transaction concluded during another event important for the real estate market - Munich Fair EXPO REAL.

It’s worth to add, that Echo Gallery, during the last Annual Conference on Construction and Real Estate in Warsaw, was given the name of „the symbol of the end of the crisis” for the whole Polish real estate trade.

MAPIC is one of the biggest and most important real estate fairs in the world. This year’s edition which took place from 18 to 20 November  was attended by more than 6 700 participants, among whom there were, among others: developers, architects, representatives of big commercial networks, global makes, cinema networks and real estate agencies. MAPIC was visited by representatives of more than 60 countries.
