An event full of attractions took place on 3 October at Bilcza II housing estate for everybody interested in the project of Echo Investment. The visitors on Open Day had an opportunity to get to know the housing estate in an unusual way, riding on horseback, using a rickshaw, segway or melex. The willing visitors could even fly over Bilcza II in a balloon.

A special offer of purchase of a chosen land plot with a discount from 15% to even 30% met with a very big interest. During the event more than 20 initial reservations were made for purchase of land plots.

The Open Day of Bilcza II housing estate was attended also by the mayor of Morawica commune – Mr. Marian Buras, who announced for the first time plans of a golf field construction. The professional field which shall be constructed in the commune shall make a big attraction not only for inhabitants of Bilcza, Morawica and Kielce, but is surely going to attract enthusiasts of this wonderful game from the whole country.
