Echo Investment signed a successive lease agreement for area in the complex Malta Office Park, realized in Poznań, at Arcybiskupa Baraniaka street.

Altkom – Polish company specializing in computer science trainings and provision of IT solutions for business shall take up almost 740 square meters, that is the area of the whole storey in C building.

The shell and core of the second stage of Malta Office Park’s realization has been completed. It consists of three buildings – two 5-storey and one 6-storey building, offering jointly more than 16.000 sq. m. of leasable area. At present internal finishing works are in progress. The 5-storey buildings shall be put into use in the IInd half of 2009. Accomplishment of works connected with the whole of the complex is planned for the IInd half of 2010.

The first stage of the project was put into use at the end of 2008. It consists of two buildings of the total leasable area exceeding 7 500 sq. m. The office area has been leased in 100%. The following companies, among others, may be found among the leaseholders: Polsoft, Newell Rubbermade, Inotel, Medicover, Intermedica, Żagiel, Axa, Reiffeisen, OCE Poland, Martela, Mentor Graphics and Allianz.
