The "PASSION FOR RETAIL" conference was held on 26 March in Bukarest at Pullman World Trade Center hotel.

The meeting was devoted to the present situation at the Romanian market of commercial areas.
Representatives of the biggest developer companies such as: ING REI, ECE, AFI Europe, Caelum, of leading agencies such as: Jones Lang Lasalle, King Sturge, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and also of the leaseholders: AAV Group and Deichmann participated in the discussion panels.

The  Echo Investment representative – Catalin Florea, managing the commercialization of the Korona Center in Brasov, took part in the discussion "HOW BRIGHT IS THE FUTURE?", during which the scenarios of Romanian market development in 2009 and 2010 were discussed.

COMMERCIAL CENTERS IN POLAND – 25 to 26 February 2009, Polonia Palace hotel, Warsaw – a two-day branch meeting constituting a summary of Polish retail market.

During the conference Grzegorz Juszczyk of Echo Investment took the floor for the presentation "POLICY OF BALANCED DEVELOPMENT AND ITS ADVANTAGES FOR COMMERCIAL CENTERS  – PRACTICAL EXAMPLES", in which he presented, on the basis of a case study of Grunwaldzki Arcade, the most modern heating and air conditioning systems used in  commercial centers.
