Lux Med is the latest leaseholder at PARK POSTĘPU, constructed by Echo Investment SA at the intersection of Domaniewska and Postępu Streets in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Lux Med – one of the largest private medical companies in Poland. Lux Med has leased a total area of nearly 6,500 sq. m. Approximately 4,000 sq. m will be assigned for offices, whilst, on an area of 2,500 sq. m, the most modern outpatient clinic in Poland will be developed.
– In designing PARK POSTĘPU, the main emphasis was put on architecture, functionality and appropriate installation parameters, ensuring that even the most demanding leaseholders will be able to operate in the complex. Due to the nature of the business, in talks with Lux Med, ventilation and air-conditioning parameters were of greatest importance, as well as a full guarantee of energy security. As part of our service, we also provided strong technical support from many experts. The ultra-modern clinic is one of our most demanding projects, and I am pleased that our services have fulfilled such high requirements – says Rafał Mazurczak, Director of the Offices Commercialization Department at Echo Investment SA.
Echo earlier finalized talks with another large leaseholder - PEKAO Financial Services – which has leased 2,500 sq. m. Both Lux Med and PEKAO Financial Services are demanding, “technological” clients, for whom Park Postępu has guaranteed high infrastructural and installation standards.
So far, more than 30% of available area has been let, and the remaining part of the project is the subject of well-advanced negotiations.

PARK POSTĘPU is a modern class A office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected at the ground floor. The complex is being constructed in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, on a land plot located at the intersection of Postępu and Domaniewska Streets. Each of the constituent buildings has 7 storeys above ground and 2 below ground.
Construction of PARK POSTĘPU began in January 2008. Modzelewski & Rodek is currently constructing the core and shell of the complex. The first leaseholders will be able to begin operations in the building in the 3rd quarter of 2009.
The design of PARK POSTĘPU was drawn up by Warsaw architectural office APA Wojciechowski.
In all, PARK POSTĘPU counts approximately 33,000 sq. m of usable area. The complex shall be equipped with more than 800 parking spaces.
Presently, contractor’s works and advanced commercialization of the project are in progress.
