Echo Investment received a triple award in the Poll held among Dwellers of New Houses and Flats during the 22nd edition of the largest Housing Fair in Poland – NEW HOUSE NEW APARTMENT, which was held in the Torwar Hall of Warsaw on the 6th and 7th September 2008.

The Company was a winner of the first prize for “CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY” and took leading positions in the “RELIABILITY” and “PRODUCT CHOICE ATTRACTIVENESS” categories.

Winners of the special 5th edition of the Poll of Dwellers of New Houses and Apartments were chosen on the basis of an opinion poll among customers, which was contracted by MURATOR EXPO as the fair manager and carried out by Instytut GfK Polonia. The competition manager says: ‘The results obtained in the Poll among Dwellers of New Houses and Apartments provide a valuable source of information concerning recent changes on the Warsaw housing market in the Client-Developer relationship. They also contributed to selection of this year’s leaders among developers and housing cooperatives in three categories: reliability, customer service quality and product choice attractiveness.’

The prizes awarded during the 22nd Housing Fair NEW HOUSE NEW APARTMENT are successive consumer awards for Echo Investment. In the previous editions of the competition, Echo was the winner in “CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY” and “RELIABILITY” categories while the MONDRIAN HOUSE apartment building developed by Echo was considered “THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING”.

The Poll among Dwellers of New Houses and Apartments is a poll with five years' tradition, which determines the level of satisfaction with a customer who purchased a new house or apartment on the primary market of Warsaw. Knowledge obtained in regard of quality of developers’ offering and services is made available to consecutive buyers of houses and flats. It also contributes to promotion of companies devoted to quality of the product offered, whose cooperation with customers is fair and reliable in nature, regardless of the current situation on the market of residential properties.

Face to face interviews were used in regard of the prior editions of the Poll, based on a standardized questionnaire, with owners of new houses and flats from Warsaw.

This year, all responses obtained from the interviewed dwellers of new houses and flats in the past four editions of the Poll (2004-2007) were gathered into a single large data collection. The sample comprised 2,821 interviews. New analysis was also carried out from scratch, only considering those companies whose investments took part in all previous editions of the Poll. In buildings formally delivered to authorities, the delivery date could not be earlier than three years of the date of interview. Similarly, in buildings delivered to dwellers, occupancy commencement time could not exceed three years of the date of interview.

The New HOUSE, New APARTMENT Fair is the largest and most recognized fair event dedicated to the extensive real estate market while Murator EXPO is an unquestioned leader among fair managers in Poland.

The premiere edition of the New HOUSE, New APARTMENT Real Estate Fair took place in autumn 2001 in the Warszawianka Hall. All consecutive editions were held in the Torwar Hall. The fair has yet been held three times a year. The New HOUSE, New APARTMENT Fair is organized under the auspices of top governmental authorities, the President of the Capital City of Warsaw, recognized industry organizations and associations, with the cooperation of leading national, regional and industry media.
