On 27th June 2008 the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment, acting on the basis of §14 art.1 of the company’s articles of association, adopted a resolution on appointing President and Vice-President of the Managing Board of Echo Investment SA.

Mr. Piotr Gromniak was entrusted with the function of President of the Managing Board and Mr. Artur Langner took over the function of Vice-President.

Piotr Gromniak, having learned about the decision of the Board, said: "Appointment to the position of President of the Managing Board is a great honour for me. Echo Investment is a well-prepared, efficient organization, disposing of educated staff.  The company has clearly marked out objectives and a concrete list of projects to be accomplished. My mission, as President of the Managing Board, shall be continuation of changes initiated in previous years and, first of all, preventing generation of development barriers. Priorities of the new Managing Board are as follows: increase of the Company’s value, constant improvement of quality and efficiency, better and better company image and growing value of the make of Echo Investment."

Piotr Gromniak
Higher education. Construction engineer, graduate of civil engineering faculty of Kielce University of Technology. He started his professional work after graduation in 1990, and gained his experience in the field of construction working in a few construction companies, among others in EXBUD in Kielce, Betonchem SA in Kielce, working as site engineer, foreman, expert of offering.
From October 1997 he began work in  Echo Investment SA as Project Manager, and from September 1998 he took over the function of Realization Department Director. In October 2000 the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment SA appointed Mr Piotr Gromniak as Member of the Managing Board of Echo Investment SA.

Artur Langner
Master of science in engineering. Graduate of civil engineering faculty of Kielce University of Technology. He started his professional work right after graduation, and gained his experience in the field of construction working in a construction company, going through practically all phases connected with realization of a construction project.
He is connected with the company „Echo Investment” S.A. from October 1998, working initially on the position of Project Manager.  From June 2000 he performed duties of Director of Investment Preparation Department and, next, duties of Director of Technical Department. In June 2005 the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment SA appointed Mr. Artur Langner as Member of the Managing Board of Echo Investment SA.
