Mondrian House realized by Echo Investment was placed on 5th place in the rating TOP 10 Apartment Buildings prepared by Noble Bank.

Mondrian House is one of the most prestigious and wanted apartment buildings in Warsaw. This was decided by the bank’s clients, who very highly evaluated the architectural design, common areas and quality of workmanship. A very important criteria of evaluation were also the location and view from the windows.

This is not the first distinction for Mondrian House. The apartment building won also the contest „Best Residential Development 2005”, organized by „Construction & Investment Journal”. It was also acknowledged as "The most beautiful residential building" at the Fair Murator EXPO Nowy  DOM Nowe MIESZKANIE (Murator EXPO New HOUSE, New APARTMENT), which took place in Torwar in Warsaw from 22-23 of September 2007.

Mondrian House is situated in Warsaw Mokotów disctrict. Its design is inspired by works of Dutch painter Piet Mondrian. The apartment building is built in cascade development, which takes the advantage of the natural layout of the land. It contains 66 apartments, and at the last storeys there are six huge (160-200 m kw.) penthouses. The occupants of the residence may use the Mondrain Club with social base and billiard table and also a swimming pool, fitmess room, sauna and jaccuzi. Mondrian House apartments have installation for fire-places and heated floors of winter gardens. There are also many facilities making every-day life much more pleasant, such as convenient underground car park with a station for washing cars and automatic night ligting.
