On 17th of January 2008, during the ceremonial gala in Warsaw, ECHO INVESTMENT representatives received, from Mr. Adam Leszkiewicz, minister in the Prime Minister’s office, a statue of "Crystal Developer 2007". The magazine "Apartments and Flats", organizer of the contest, appreciated the company’s contribution into Polish real property market and operation consistent with the highest business standards.

Several dozen developer's companies from all over Poland applied for the contest. The editorial office decided to distinguish ECHO INVESTMENT and 15 other enterpreneurs. – We intend to promote those companies, which, in scope of their activities, influence the quality of realized projects and high workmanship standard, and also place special care on the external image – explained Mrs. Emilia Zalewska, editorial director of the magazine „Apartments and Flats” awarding the prizes.

According to Mrs. Magdalena Kiedrowska, director of the advertising and marketing bureau of the contest’s organizer, the jury considered especially: activity and development speed of the developer, care for harmonious adjustment of the realized projects to the surrounding city landscape, workmanship quality in completed projects, level of customer service and reliability of the company.

The statuette awarded by the minister Adam Leszkiewicz, was received by Mr. Artur Langner, member of the managing board of ECHO INVESTMENT and Mrs. Iwona Dekarz, Residential Projects’ Sale Director. The president of the Board, Mr. Langner thanked the chapter and editorial office for the "Crystal Developer 2007" award. He emphasized in his speech, how valuable such awards are for the company’s functionining: –We are very satisfied to have received this statuette, because it is the acknowledgement of our many years’ experience, care for creating of a friendly space for living and openness to satisfaction of our clients' requirements. This disctinction is motivating us even more to realize the aim assumed for the nearest coming years, which is the 300% growth of apartments’ sale. ECHO realizes not only apartments, but also shopping-entertainment centers, office building and hotels. Yet the residential projects are closest to us, because they were actually the beginning of our whole history and development.

In the group of prize-winners there are, among others: Dom Development S.A., PDM Development Sp. z o.o., Pirelli Development Group and Ronson Development Group.

ECHO INVESTMENT is a winner of many awards collected in various rankings and competitions, it is a laureate of, among others: Plebisctite of New Houses and Apartments’ Occupants 2006 in the category of Reliability and Customer Service Quality, organized by Murator EXPO and an award "Friendly Employer 2006" won during Xth Polish Labour Fair in Kielce.


The company won also many prestigious awards for their projects, among others a luxury apartment building Mondrian House in Warsaw (which won in the contest „Best Residential Development 2005”, organized by „Construction & Investment Journal”); and also Inflancka Housing Estate (phase C), which became a winner of the competition "Life in Architecture" in the category of multifamily buildings realized in Warsaw in 2004-05.

So far ECHO INVESTMENT realized 27 residential projects in the biggest Polish cities of the total area of apartments equalling approximately 162 sq. m. Presently the Company is realizing or preparing another 20 residential projects of the total area of 250 sq. m.

Currently in the phase of realization there are: III phase of Inflancka Estate in Warsaw, II phase of the project at Zwycięzców street in Warsaw and III phase of Naramowice housing estate in Poznań. Presently ECHO is preparing new residential projects in: Warsaw, Poznań, Cracow, Kielce, Łódź and Rzeszów. At the end of 2007 the company purchased new real property in Wrocław and is going to build upon it two new residential projects.

ECHO INVESTMENT operates in the wide scope of investments – starting from luxury apartment buildings, through residential buildings of normal and raised standard, to the housing estates of single-family houses.

The magazine "Apartment and Flats" is addressed to persons who wish to change their apartments or are interested in investing in real property.
It presents a complex offer of developer companies alongside with the most up-to-date localization of the projects and the list of sale offices and, in its presentation part, it presents interesting architecture and apartments’ interiors of traditional and modern style.

Its first edition appeared in May 2005. It is one of the titles of the publishing company Migut Media, operating at the press-publishing market since 1992.
