ECHO INVESTMENT concluded an agreement with construction company Modzelewski & Rodek for a building shell of an office complex PARK POSTĘPU, located at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets, in Warsaw district Mokotów. The works shall commence in January 2008.

In the forthcoming days the company Modzelewski & Rodek shall begin works on construction of a modern office complex PARK POSTĘPU.

The concluded agreement comprises carrying out of the buildings’ building shell. Parties provided for the possibility of extension of their co-operation to comprise also general construction workmanship.

Construction works on PARK POSTĘPU shall commence already in January 2008 and shall last 19 months. The first leaseholders will be able to start working in the complex in the IIIrd quarter of 2009.

The commercialization of Park Postępu is carried by CB Richard Ellis Polska Sp. z o.o.

PARK POSTĘPU is a modern A-call office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the common ground floor. The complex is being erected in Warsaw Mokotów district, on the plot at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets. Each of the buildings has 7 storeys above ground and 2 underground storeys.
PARK POSTĘPU has a total utility area of approximately 33 thousand sq. m. The complex shall be equipped with more than 800 parking places.
