ECHO INVESTMENT purchased plots located at Grota Roweckiego street in Wrocław. On these purchased plots the company intends to accomplish a new residential project.

The company purchased the land property of the area of approximately 3 hectares on 18th December 2007.

According to plan, a building of approximately 19 thousand sq. m. of usable area shall be erected on the plot at Grota Roweckiego street, and approximately 17 thousand sq. m. of the total area shall be designated for apartments and approximately 2 thousand sq. m. - as service area. ECHO INVESTMENT intends to accomplish the designing works and obtain the building permit by the end of 2008.

The commencement of the realization is planned for the Ist quarter of 2009.

Wrocław, following Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Szczecin, Łódź and Kielce, is another city in which ECHO INVESTMENT is going to realize its residential projects.

At the beginning of November 2007 the Company bought the first property assigned for residential projects in Wrocław, located at Jedności Narodowej street. The plot of the area of 7405 sq. m. was bought by way of tender, for the amount of 18,5 million PLN. The is a decision issued for the purchased plot  on conditions of development, allowing erection of a multifamily residential building. Echo Investment is going to build on this plot a project of approximately 200 apartments of the total area of approximately 12 thousand sq. m. Project realization shall commence in 2008.

Presently the company is carrying out three important projects: IIIrd phase of Inflancka housing estate in Warsaw, IInd phase of the project at Zwycięzców street in Warsaw and IIIrd phase of Naramowice housing estate in Poznań. In the pipeline there are several projects connected with this sector of the market.
