43 new investments, significant increase of capital expenditures, and additional 250.000.000 EUR assigned for the purchase of land for new projects – these are up-to-date development plans of Echo Investment. The total lease and sales' area in the planned investments exceeds 1.000.000 sq.m. The Company’s strategic aims include active development in all sectors of the previous activity, strengthening the company’s position on the Polish real property market and also investments in countries of Middle and Eastern Europe.

Recent investment of the company have been the purchase of land for two big housing projects in Łódź, office buildings in Łódź and Katowice and also commercial centers in Kalisz and Brasov, Romania.

The company’s „bank of land” consists presently of more than 300 hectares of land for investments. It is planned as well to acquire further real property in Poland and abroad, for the purchase of which the company intends to allocate, by the end of 2008, about 1 milliard PLN.

According to new investment plans, Echo Investment is going to increase its office projects’ portfolio by 800 % and its commercial centers’ portfolio by 300 % within the next five years. The annual rate of apartment sales is going to grow by 300 %.

The company is going to finance the aforesaid plans first of all through purpose credits for its dependent companies, current credits and operational loans. The bonds issuing programme, which the company is using since 2004, will complement the funding.
