MALTA OFFICE PARK - first agreements with lessees
MALTA OFFICE PARK - first agreements with lessees

Company PROJEKTY BANKOWE POLSOFT is the first lessee of office area in Poznań MALTA OFFICE PARK.

Poznań company PROJEKTY BANKOWE POLSOFT leased in MALTA OFFICE PARK more than 2.000 square meters of modern office area. PB POLSOFT office shall occupy three floors of one of six buildings in the rising business park. Offices leased by POLSOFT constitute almost 30% of the whole area offered in the first phase of the project’s realization.

According to Mrs. Joanna Nicińska and Mr. Wojciech Knawa – commercialization managers of MALTA OFFICE PARK, the interest of lessees in the project results from the uniqueness of the offer, exceptonal localization of the building and proper standards of offered offices. „We carry on very advanced negotiations with lessees of large areas (500 – 3000 square meters).
Customers interested in bigger areas are big international companies, as well as local enterprises. At present main sectors with which we talk are: IT, consulting companies, „call centers”, and widely understood BPO sector. We receive many inquiries from local companies - law offices, advertisig agencies and pharmaceutical branch. Evaluating lessees’ interest so far, we assume that commercialization of the first phase shall be completed already in this year.” – says Mr. Wojciech Knawa. „Main advantages of our project are: unique localization (with regard to neighbourhood, prestige and recognizability of the place) and also superb exhibition of the buildings. Another significant element of lessees’ interest is flexibility in area divisions and adjusting the arrengement to their individual needs. Moreover, today, MALTA OFFICE PARK is the only business park in Poznań.” – adds Joanna Nicińska.

The first phase of the project assumes realization of two 5-storey buildings. Advanced construction works are in progress. Foundation works are completed, at present the plate at the level of underground car park is being accomplished.

Realization of the II phase of the investment shall begin in Spring 2008.
