Echo Investment is going to realize a complex of housing development in Łódź district - Bałuty.

On 19th of July 2007, a final real estate purchase agreement was signed concerning the purchase of the property situated in Łódź, in Górnicza/Okopowa streets. On the purchased area Echo Investment is planning to realize
a housing complex of the total number of about 800 apartments.
This planned investment, like all the previous Echo Investment housing projects, is going to offer to customers moderns architectural and functional solutions. The whole complex is going to be equipped with sufficient number
of parking places at the underground car park and also with additional facilities such as, among others: children’s playground, reception desk, monitoring and access-control systems.
The offer of apartments in Bałuty shall be directed mainly at the customers interested in luxury apartments
of the increased standard.

Designing works shall begin in the IIIrd quarter of 2007.

The commencement of the realization and sale is planned for the IIIrd quarter of 2008.

Łódź, following Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Szczecin and Kielce, is the next city in which Echo Investment
is going to realize housing projects.
The investment in Łódź fits well in the development strategy of the company, assuming increase of involvement
in housing real estate sector. The investment plans for 2007-2011 resulting from the adopted strategy, assume
the increase of annual sales of apartments by 300%, and also significant increase of the portfolio of commercial projects assigned for lease.  

Echo Investment has realized so far almost 30 housing projects, many of which have been awarded in architectural, trade and commercial competitions. The company is a laureate of, among others, 2006 Plebiscite of New Houses’ and Apartments’ Occupants in the category „Reliability” organized by Murator EXPO, winner of the contest „Best Residential Development 2005” organized by Construction & Investment Journal , and also the competition „Życie w Architekturze” (“Life in Architecture”) in the category of multifamily buildings realized in Warsaw in years 2004-2005.
