On June 26, 2007, a subsidiary was registered under the name “Echo Investment Ukraine” Limited Liability Company with its registered seat in Kiev. As on the registration date, Echo Investment S.A. took up 99.99% of the share capital of Echo Investment Ukraine.

The registered subsidiary is going to be involved in development activity in the territory of Ukraine. Establishment of that company is incorporated in Echo Investment’s development strategy that assumes execution of projects in the consecutive Central and Eastern Europe countries.
