Grunwaldzki Arcade in full swing!

Shopping-entertainment centre GRUNWALDZKI ARCADE - presently the biggest such building in Wrocław and at the same time the biggest of Echo Investment realized projects  - was made accessible for the customers on the 21st of April 2007.

At 11.00 the gates of the biggest of Wrocław centres were opened. During the first two days of operating – according to administrator’s estimation – Grunwaldzki Arcade was visited by about 100.000 people.
Customers visiting Grunwaldzki Arcade were most impressed by the magnitude of the investment, design of the project and, first of all, by very big number of shops among which they found new makes, not previously known in Wrocław.

Wojciech Piechut, Grunwaldzki Arcade director, thinks that the forthcoming week-ends shall beat records as to the number of visiting customers. “The building arouses natural and obvious interest and majority of shops are planning numerous attractions and promotional actions. Surely in several forthcoming week-ends we may expect huge interest of the customers. ”



Shopping-entertainment centre GRUNWALDZKI ARCADE in Wrocław is one of the biggest Echo Investment realizations completed so far.

On the area of 130.000 square meters there are almost 200 shops and service points, among them several makes making its debut on Wrocław market, among others:  Saturn, Delicatessen Shop “Tradition and Quality”, Stradivarius, Bershka, Gallery Centrum, Pull & Bear, Esprit, Wallis, Aldo, Street, Home&You, Gluck, Bertoni, Pepe Jeans, Bugatti, Replay Jeans, Duka …
The centre’s offer is completed by numerous cafes, restaurants and also a roofed garden with children’s playground.

Main lessees of the Centre are: Multikino (which is going to open in mid-May), Saturn, Zara, H&M, C&A, Gallery Centrum, Intersport, Reserved, New Yorker, Empik, Smyk, Esprit, Mango, T&J.

Customers have at their disposal a convenient car park for 1.400 cars.

Realization of the investment started in Autumn of 2004 and its value amounted to 300 million PLN.

Building was designed by Polish architectural bureau MOFO, on the basis of the concept elaborated by international office Chapman Taylor.

The main contractor of the building was company STRABAG.

The Centre employs about 1.500 persons.

The investor and developer of the Centre is Echo Investment SA

The building is administered by EST-ON Property Management Sp. z o.o.
