Two projects completed by Echo Investment nominated to the CEPIF AND INTERNATIONAL HERALD TRIBUNE AWARDS In the first stage of voting for the best developer in Central and Eastern Europe in contest of The CEPIF & International Herald Tribune Awards, Echo Investment was nominated to the main award in the category of ‘Housing Projects’. The project submitted by Echo in this category is a luxury apartment building named Mondrian House, situated in the Mokotów district, Warsaw. In the category of ‘Hotels’, the Qubus company was nominated with its 4-star Qubus Hotel in Cracow, which was also built by Echo Investment.

In the first stage of contest, Web surfers selected the best developers in six categories: office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses/logistic centers, hotels, housing projects and revitalization. Five developers were nominated in every category. According to the organizers, Internet users cast over 3000 votes in this part of competition.

The nominated developers will then be presented to participants of CEPIF fair, who will elect winners in individual sectors of developer activity. Results will be announced on June 4, 2007 during CEPIF GALA PARTY.
