The operator of a 7-hall cinema in a commercial and entertainment centre located in Słupsk and built by Echo Investment will be Centrum Filmowe Helios S.A. Construction of the ARENA commercial and entertainment centre will start in spring 2007. The company has already singed an agreement to let out the area intended for a multi-hall cinema to one of Poland’s biggest cinema operator – Centrum Filmowe Helios S.A.

The ARENA centre will house the first multiplex in Słupsk with seven halls equipped with the latest technology cinema equipment.
The ARENA commercial and entertainment centre will be located in the city centre in the immediate vicinity of biggest residential estates, at the main arterial road Gdańsk – Szczecin.
It will be the biggest commercial and entertaining facility in the region. In the area or approximately 84,000 square meters there will be over 150 shops and service points, food and DIY store, household appliances and audio-video devices store as well as home and garden store. A 12-line bowling alley and a disco are also planned to be located in the entertaining and recreational part, besides a 7-hall multiplex. The centre will also house numerous coffee shops, restaurants and a playground for kids. Customers will have at their disposal a car park for 1250 cars.

The ARENA commercial and entertainment centre will cover approx. 250,000 residents. The facility is planned to be opened at the turn of 2007/2008.
