On the basis of tripartite agreement between Szczecin mayor, Echo Investment SA and company TietoEnator RTS, a High Technologies Centre (HTC) is going to be erected in Szczecin, whose premises shall be located in the office building accomplished by Echo Investment. This modern building equipped with specialistic fittings and based on the latest technological solutions is going to be erected in Malczewskiego street.

Echo and TietoEnator RTS have signed a letter of intent concerning lease of 3.000 square meters in the planned Centre.

The whole project realized by Echo company counts about 10.000 square metres of office area designed for companies specializing in advanced informatics’ and telecommunication technologies, with particular consideration for BPO branch (Business Process Outsourcing). HTC is going to employ about 900 persons after its completion.

The realization of the building is going to start still in the current year.

HIGH TECHNOLOGIES CENTRE – Szczecin, Malczewskiego street – is a modern office building of the area of about 10.000 square meters located in the center of Szczecin, in the business part of the city, right next to Galaxy Centre, SAS Radisson Hotel and PAZIM Centre.
Technological solutions, dedicated equipment and specialistic fittings shall be prepared with consideration of teleinformatic and BPO services’ companies which are going to operate in the building. HTC is going to employ about 900 persons after its completion.
