Brain Park, an office complex developed by Echo Investment will become the new headquarters of PepsiCo GBS Kraków. The tenant will occupy over 5,000 sqm and start operating in the new office in the fourth quarter of 2022.

After the successful commercialization of O3 Business Campus, it is now time for another office project of Echo Investment in Kraków. Brain Park is located next to one of the main arteries of the city - Pokoju Avenue and will provide the market with over 42 thousand sqm of modern office space.

 “Signing the lease contract with PepsiCo GBS proves that well-designed office space still plays an important role and is a clear added value in everyday work. Everyone needs a place where they can meet with their team in a comfortable environment, talk, work in quiet, or even use some office equipment to which they do not have access when working remotely. Brain Park will first of all provide PepsiCo GBS employees with a comfortable and safe office space. Additionally, we have designed a green outdoor patio, which will be a nice break during the workday: it will include areas for relaxation, outdoor work, but also physical activity areas, such as a place to play table tennis or calisthenics and street workout areas. On the ground floor of the building we are also planning a number of services which will certainly be useful for our tenants,” says Joanna Nicińska, Regional Director at Echo Investment's office department.

PepsiCo GBS Poland provides business support services for PepsiCo primarily in Europe. The company's goal is to simplify and automate processes to help everyone work more efficiently. The centralization of services allows to manage the complexity of processes more effectively and to generate more business value faster. The scope of provided services includes: financial planning and control, marketing, HR, sales. 

“We chose Brain Park as our new headquarters not only because of the well-planned office space, which creates a diverse and creative place for working together, but also because of all the extra opportunities that the project gives us, such as a functionally designed green space between the buildings, supporting the well-being of all employees. Colliers consulting company participated in the selection of the new location and negotiations of the lease contract. – “There is currently a lot of discussion around the work environment and companies are looking at this issue more widely.
