West 4 Business Hub, an office project developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, will welcome Luppo Puppo, an owner of private kindergartens and non-public nurseries, that plans to open here its facility. The tenant will occupy 355 sqm on the first floor of the office building.
West 4 Business Hub is another office project of Echo developed in Wrocław, and the third one in this area, next to West Link and West Gate office buildings. The first stage of the project was commissioned in August last year and provided 15,000 sqm of space to the Wrocław office market. Luppo Puppo, owned by Marta Koźmik, has just joined the list of tenants. The facility will be opened as early as in July this year.
“We are glad that Luppo Puppo will open its facility in our project. We all know how important it is for parents to be able to take good care of young ones while we are at work. In Luppo Puppo, children of employees of the office building will be able to spend their time, but it will also be open to all concerned. This will also contribute to the enrichment of our service offer and will be an incentive in recruitment processes of companies that have their offices in our project,' says Joanna Woźniczka, a junior leasing manager at the Echo Investment's office department.
Luppo Puppo started its operations by running playgrounds in Jelenia Góra and Krosno. Today, the kindergarten in West4 Business Hub will be the sixth facility of this company in Wrocław. Moreover, further development and expansion throughout the country is planned.
“Luppo Puppo facilities are places that provide development and fun. Our offer stands out from others, we offer interesting language and sports activities and educational workshops, professional staff and well-balanced meals. Our ambition is to run facilities throughout Poland, and West 4 Business Hub is a perfect place that will allow us to grow further. Our large space in the modern building is an additional advantage for us and our pupils,” says Marta Koźmik, an owner of Luppo Puppo.
West 4 Business Hub I is the sixth office building developed by Echo in Wrocław. It is also one of the first with the RCI Active Pure air purification technology. It is based on a natural phenomenon known in nature - the process of photocatalysis. It generates strong, but safe for humans, oxidants that deactivate biological viral and bacterial contamination without the use of chemicals. Research conducted according to FDA requirements has shown that RCI Active Pure also works against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and deactivates it in less than 3 minutes.
