Following the excellent reception of the previous project stages, Echo Investment has launched the sale of the third stage of the ENTER estate, located in the Naramowice district in Poznań. The buildings will offer over 150 comfortable apartments of various sizes, carefully designed common space with many amenities, and green areas for relaxation and recreation.

"Since the beginning of the construction work in Naramowice, our residential estate has been thriving among the residents of Poznań. In previous stages a total of 77% of apartments have already been sold. Buyers are attracted by the fact that ENTER is an enjoyable place to live, spend time with family or friends, where you can easily deal with your everyday business. Clients also appreciate that we take care of their comfort and safety - both in  the apartments and in the common areas of the buildings. To this end, all units in the project will be equipped with Echo Smart solutions i.e. a basic version of the automated apartment management system. Using a mobile application, the residents will be able to adjust lights to their current mood, set the temperature remotely or connect home appliances optimally for them," says Dawid Wrona, Sales Director at Echo Investment's residential department.

The developer has also provided the residents with access to numerous amenities in the common areas of the buildings and their surroundings. As part of Echo Life Services, lobbies and corridors will be equipped with a technology enabling a contactless release of a lock on the front door, opening a garage door or calling the elevator, which will take a resident to the right floor. The estate will also include a parcel locker, a creative playground or  boxes for receiving courier and postal deliveries. Cyclists will be able to use hangers and bicycle racks, and motorists will be able to use a charger for electric cars with a billing system for energy used.

The latest stage of the ENTER estate includes the construction of 157 apartments with sizes ranging from 26 sqm. to 93 sqm. Regardless of the size, the residents of each apartment will have their own garden or balcony at their disposal. The project is located in the direct vicinity of popular parks and nature reserves, such as Żurawiniec and Warta River meadows. Naramowice is also close to the Old Town, which is easily accessible by bike. The district is rapidly developing and gains new infrastructure - a long-awaited tram line is to be completed,by 2022 which will connect Naramowice with the center of Poznań. You will be able to get to the tram stop on foot from the estate in 8 minutes. Soon, a new road will be built as an alternative to Naramowicka Street.

So far Echo Investment has already developed seven residential projects in Poznań, including Małe Naramowice Rynek and Pod Klonami, Kasztanowa Aleja, the Nad Wartą luxury apartment building and Osiedle Perspektywa. Two new, unique projects are under construction: the Esencja apartment building in Grabary and the Nasze Jeżyce residential estate. The construction of the ENTER residential complex is planned to be started in early 2020.
