Apartments in the Nasze Jeżyce project, developed by Echo Investment in Poznań, will be equipped with Echo Smart solutions provided by FIBARO. This is how long-term collaboration between the developer and the leader in building automation starts.
Nasze Jeżyce is a modern design, well thought-out apartment layouts, refined greenery and recreation areas. A place away from the hustle and bustle, close to Sołecki Park and Kościelna Street. The estate is being built in two phases. Each of the apartments in Nasze Jeżyce will have a terrace, a balcony or a private garden. Thanks to the cooperation with FIBARO, Echo Smart solutions, i.e. a smart apartment system that enables to integrate many devices, are also included in the equipment of the apartments. Buyers will receive a heart of a smart home system as standard - a control panel, a light dimmer and a smart thermostatic head. This package is only the beginning of the adventure with a smart apartment, that enables the control of lighting and temperature, as well as the control of roller blinds, locks, alarm or household appliances.
“Our strategy is aimed at "destination places", i.e. friendly, open parts of cities, and the latest technological solutions are a fundamental tool to achieve this goal. As part of our offer, Echo Smart allows an owner of a new apartment to arrange smart functions around a "heart" of a system – a control board and automatic functionalities, that they receive with the keys to the apartment. All the residential projects currently under construction in Poznań will be equipped with Echo Smart – Nasze Jeżyce is the first one to be completed in the cooperation with FIBARO,” says Waldemar Olbryk, Management Board Member responsible for the residential sector at Echo Investment.
The Fibaro system is modular and easy to install, so it is a perfect solution for all those who plan to build up their smart apartment, gradually adapting it to their financial possibilities and growing needs, e.g. when their family is getting bigger. The adventure with a smart apartment can be started, for example, only by controlling lighting, and then the apartment can be equipped with smoke, temperature, flooding or door and window sensors. What is important, FIBARO solutions can be installed both in a newly constructed building and in an apartment already in use. The technology used is wireless, modern, safe and allows to freely add more devices without having to damage walls and carry out renovations.
“Modern city dwellers are mobile, open to solutions facilitating everyday life, and at the same time they value comfort and safety, their own and their loved ones. The Fibaro system, thanks to its openness to third party solutions and the possibility of integrating them into the ecosystem, is easy to expand and adapt to individual needs. A complete and fully integrated smart house combines complementary devices into a reliable and user-friendly whole, transforming ordinary space into a friendly, safe and modern home. We are pleased that our solutions will be found in apartments in Jeżyce in Poznań, where our factory was located until 2019,” comments Adam Krużyński, CEO of FIBARO.
Echo Investment focuses on technologies providing comfort, safety and time saving. Only in 2020, the developer plans to build and offer clients more than 1.2 thousand apartments equipped with the Echo Smart apartment management system prepared for further development. Among them there will be apartments in Nasze Jeżyce in Poznań, Browary Warszawskie, Fuzja in Łódz or Station 3.0 in Wrocław.
Apart from smart solutions, Nasze Jeżyce is also friendly surroundings. The project will be featured by bicycle racks and hangers and electric car chargers. The residents will have a parcel pick-up station at their disposal, where a courier, despite the absence of an addressee, will be able to leave a parcel. The comfort will also be provided by capacious storage rooms, stroller rooms and rooms for additional car accessories in the garage hall. In the first phase of Nasze Jeżyce 142 apartments are being developed. The deadline for their completion is early 2021.
