Echo Investment has issued four-year coupon bonds worth PLN 100 million covered by the PKO Parasolowy - FIO Investment Fund. This is another issue in recent weeks, that proves the financial market's confidence in Echo Investment and its projects.
The bearer coupon bonds mature on 5 August 2024. Their interest rate is determined on the basis of a variable six-month WIBOR plus a margin. The interest shall be paid in semi-annual periods. The issued bonds are not secured and will be traded in the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
"Echo Investment owns, has under construction and in preparation a range of residential, office and retail projects, with a total area of nearly 1.6 million sqm. For nearly 25 years, the company has been concurring in the development of Polish cities, that makes them stronger, more modern and friendly. By placing another issue, we can put our strategy into action faster and manage our capital more effectively," says Grzegorz Iwański, Financing Department Director at Echo Investment.
The company has excellent cooperation with financial institutions, that currently hold Echo’s bonds with a nominal value of nearly PLN 690 million. The last issue of four-year papers worth PLN 150 million was placed in early June 2020.
