Echo Investment sold 653 apartments in the first half of 2020, beating the result of the same period last year. In the second quarter alone, the company sold 254 units – with the highest number of transactions in Stacja 3.0 in Wrocław, Nasze Jeżyce II in Poznań, and Stacja Wola I in Warsaw.
“Thanks to the quickly adopted method of work supported by new technologies, we were able to maintain a constant number of apartments sold and delivered. In the second quarter of the year, we concluded 254 sales transactions, which is a fantastic result and proof of our clients' trust. Last couple of months we dedicated to accelerating the growth of our online processes in order to enable purchase of apartments without having to leave the house. We introduced digital signatures in the apartment reservation process, online meetings with advisors, as well as Virtual Reality layouts of projects and their immediate vicinity, and we plan to implement further changes”, says Waldemar Olbryk, Echo Investment’s Management Board Member responsible for the residential department.
Only in July, Echo Investment plans to start the construction and the sale of apartments in Stacja Wola II in Warsaw, building on Puszkarska street in Cracow, and second phase of KRK in Cracow, as well. The projects will jointly enlarge Echo Investment’s offer by over 600 apartments.
From the beginning of the year to the end of June, Echo Investment has handed over 412 apartments to its clients. Due to construction timetables, the majority of residential projects will receive their occupancy permits in the second half of the year. At that point, apartment handovers are also accumulated. In 2020, Echo Investment plans to provide its clients with approximately 1,600 apartments.
