Nearly a year since the first shovel was driven into the construction of the React office building in Łódź, Echo Investment is celebrating the completion of the next stage of the project. The seven-story building has reached its target height of 25 meters. The completion of works on the building structure was confirmed by a symbolic topping out that was hung atop the building.

The construction of the React office building in Łódź is going according to the assumed schedule. Nearly a year after the beginning of the construction, the building reached the target height of the seventh floor.

“At the moment, works related to the reinforced concrete structure of the building have been completed. Facade works and window assembly are in progress, and soon the assembly of composite panels will start. We are carrying out installation works inside the building. We are on the verge of final development of the area and finishing works in the building,” says Ewa Wójcik, Project Manager in the office department of Echo Investment.

The first stage of the React office complex will bring nearly 15,000 sqmof modern space to the office market in Łódź. The building's distinguishing feature will be the emblematic, two-level entrance area with reception and chillout area. On the mezzanine level there will be a coffee bar, and in the immediate vicinity - a zone for team-building and chillout activities. The project includes a canteen with its own garden, a special space where you can watch movies and more. The Litoborski + Marciniak architectural office is responsible for the design.

“React is a safe and healthy work space. Thanks to the innovative solution that we introduce to the ventilation system, we will take care of the air quality inside the building. After the construction is completed, we will implement procedures that will make the users of this space feel safe. Another advantage of this investment is its location on one of the city's main streets – Piłsudskiego Avenue. Companies that decide to locate their headquarters in our office building will benefit from many additional amenities: service points and co-working space,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, Regional Director in the office department of Echo Investment.

The first tenants will start working here in the second quarter of 2021. Ultimately Echo Investment will construct an office complex with a total area of nearly 50 thousand sqm at the intersection of Piłsudskiego Avenue and Kilińskiego Street.

Echo Investment is not slowing down. In April, the developer completed the construction of the Villahouse Offices in the Warsaw Brewery city-forming project. Advanced works are also carried out at the second stage of the Face2Face Business Campus in Katowice and Moje Miejsce II in Warsaw. Wrocław's MidPoint71 will soon reach level zero, and tenants will move into the first stage of West 4 Business Hub in August.
