Widoki Mokotów is a unique apartment building with access to a great urban infrastructure of Stary Mokotów. Its windows offer a spectacular view of the city and the park. The building has cascading floors featured with large loggias and balconies, that provide future tenants both with extra rest area and full privacy. The renowned Mąka Sojka Architekci studio is responsible for a unique face of the Warsaw apartment building. Widoki Mokotów are the first Echo Investment project delivered with smart solutions as standard.

There is also a fancy reception desk and a private package delivery place in the building’s lobby. In the underground car park of the building there are electric car charging stations available for residents.

In order to make it easier for those interested to get to know Widoki Mokotów without leaving their homes, Echo Investment came out with a pioneering enterprise of organizing live relations from virtual before handover days. While live streaming on Instagram of Echo Mieszkania, guests visited the interior of the apartment building, shared areas and sample premises. Experts of the developer and Somfy Polska, a leader in automation, talked about benefits of having a smart system in apartments.
