Echo Investment has more than met its goals for 2019, selling 1357 apartments and handing over the keys to 1263 apartments to its clients. In the last quarter alone, the company sold 418 apartments and handed over 672 to clients, which enabled it to achieve a 38% better annual sales result than in 2018.
„Every year we increase our share in the Polish residential market and we plan to continue strengthening our position in the upcoming years. In 2020, we will start the construction of at least 9 further residential projects which will add to our offer nearly 2,000 premises in major Polish cities. We set ambitious goals for ourselves, so this year we plan to sell as many as 2020 apartments and provide our clients with keys to c.a. 1,600 accommodations” says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment.
Looking ahead, Echo Investment continues buying new plots. Last year lands in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Poznań, where approximately 215,000 sqm of apartments can be developed, were bought or secured.
“As one of the few developers in 2019, we improved our results and recorded a significant increase in sales compared to the previous year. The attractiveness of the flats built by Echo Investment results from the fact that the company widely analyses social trends and responds quickly to them. For that reason, we create multifunctional development projects, built for an intergenerational community of residents, designed basing on access to essential services and satisfying the majority of residents' needs in the form of so-called "life services" says Waldemar Olbryk, Board Member of Echo Investment responsible for the residential sector.
City-forming destination projects, such as Warsaw Brewery, Moje Miejsce in Warsaw and Fuzja in Łódź, are the engine driving Echo Investment’s apartment sales. In mid-2019, the developer launched the sale of apartments in Fuzja where in just six months it has sold approximately 130 premises.
