Resi4Rent, the first corporate residential platform for medium and long term rent, has been granted a use permit for its second building in Poland. The first tenants have been moving into the residential project at Wodna Street in Łódź.
The building at Wodna street offers nearly 220 units that are finished and equipped with kitchen furniture, as well as can also be furnished upon tenant’s request. Access to WiFi network, access to a panel allowing, among other, to manage contracts and a dedicated service office are included in rental prices.
“Services offered by Resi4Rent are a response to a changing way residents of big cities live, work and spend their free time. Our priority is to support mobility and financial independence of tenants, while at the same time provide contractual flexibility and security. Our clients' interest in the possibility of living in our buildings in Łódź and Wrocław confirms that the take-up for long-term rental of apartments in Poland is really high. In our project in Łódź, tenants appreciate that it is centrally located and well situated nearby the the Łódź Fabryczna station and Piotrkowska Street", says Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.
The Res4Rent building in Łódź includes 219 apartments of various sizes and types. It includes one-room apartments, with a bedroom and a living room, as well as two or three bedrooms and a living room.
“Completed apartments are tailored to individual needs of residents - they can be fully furnished or not arranged, ready to be arranged independently. A construction process is the responsibility of our co-owner, Echo Investment, that enjoys great trust of our clients and has been providing on the Polish market high standard apartments for years”, adds Sławomir Imianowski.
This year Resi4Rent has started to rent apartments in the project at Rychtalska Street in Wrocław (302 units), and at the beginning of next year it will open another project in this city, in Kępa Mieszczańska (270 units). In the third quarter of 2020, the project situated in Warsaw's Browary Warszawskie (450 apartments) will be rented. Under an annual agreement, it will be possible to change an apartment to a larger, smaller or differently located, what may be interesting for employees working on shorter projects, who move to a different city every few months.
