Our priority is to support mobility and financial independence of tenants, while at the same time provide contractual flexibility and security. Our clients' interest in the possibility of living in our buildings in Łódź and Wrocław confirms that the take-up for long-term rental of apartments in Poland is really high. In our project in Łódź, tenants appreciate that it is centrally located and well situated nearby the the Łódź Fabryczna station and Piotrkowska Street", says Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.

“Completed apartments are tailored to individual needs of residents - they can be fully furnished or not arranged, ready to be arranged independently. A construction process is the responsibility of our co-owner, Echo Investment, that enjoys great trust of our clients and has been providing on the Polish market high standard apartments for years”, adds Sławomir Imianowski.
