Echo Investment strengthens its presence in Poznań's Naramowice and it continues its strategy of creating residential complexes with full urban infrastructure, greenery and meeting places for the local community in this district. The developer is launching the ENTER project, a modern residential estate which will be executed in three stages. Three five-storey buildings, a carefully designed common area and an open green zone will be developed in the first stage.

The first few buildings of the ENTER residential estate will comprise more than 220 units. The residents will be able to use green spaces for relaxation and recreation in the common area. In order to guarantee full comfort, the developer has also provided access to other amenities such as large pram storage rooms, bicycle shelters and racks as well as a private parcel pick-up station available 24 hours a day. The estate will also include an electric car charger.

There are popular parks and nature reserves in the immediate vicinity of the ENTER project, including Żurawiniec and the meadows on the river Warta. The estate is located near the Old Town, which can be easily reached by bike thanks to numerous cycle paths and city rental stations. A long-awaited tram line is also planned to connect Naramowice with the centre of Poznań by 2022.

Echo Investment has so far completed seven residential projects in Poznań, including the Małe Naramowice Rynek and Pod Klonami residential estate, Kasztanowa Aleja, the Nad Wartą luxury apartment building and Osiedle Perspektywa. Two new, unique projects are under construction: the Esencja luxury apartment building in Grabary and the small Nasze Jeżyce estate. The construction of the ENTER residential complex is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2020.
