The Polish flex-space operator CitySpace, will expand its space occupied in O3 Business Campus and will concentrate its activities in the third building of this complex. Already in October, 250 new workplaces will be created, and another 250 in the spring of 2020

CitySpace’s new office will ultimately have 3,500 sqm on two floors. Due to the strong interest of tenants and obligations towards companies operating in their current location, the operator will work in both O3 Business Campus buildings. CitySpace serves corporations, start-ups and entrepreneurs that need flexible space and lease conditions. Its office interiors are designed by the renowned design office Medusa Group.

CitySpace started its operations at O3 Business Campus in 2017 and currently has more than 270 workplaces there. It offers fully equipped workstations in both cabinets and open space office areas. Tenants have everything their teams need: specialistic equipment and IT infrastructure, well-designed space, conference rooms, reception service and free access to a kitchen, a relaxation zone and other common spaces.

The modern O3 Business Campus office complex was built by Echo Investment and consists of three 12-storey A-class buildings with an underground car park, with their total leasable area of 57,000 sqm. The first two buildings are owned by EPP, and the last one is the subject of a preliminary sale agreement between Echo Investment and EPP. The project  is located in the northern part of Krakow, at the junction of Opolska street and 29 Listopada avenue.
