Just GYM will take care of good condition of office workers and dwellers of Moje Miejsce in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. A nationwide chain of round-the-clock fitness clubs will move into the first office building in this destination project held by Echo Investment. It will be the first club of this brand in Warsaw.

Fitness is a lifestyle and a way of well-being, something more than just an hour of exercises, a quick warm-up on a treadmill or a training before or after work. We are eager to be fit, healthy and in shape. Employees of companies that place their offices in Moje Miejsce and residents will have a nearly 2,000 sqm fitness club at their fingertips, and it will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

‘Representatives of companies that are interested in renting office space in Moje Miejsce have often pointed to their important expectations of having the fitness club on premises. I am convinced that Just GYM, which will be opened soon in the first office building, fits perfectly into the needs of our tenants’ says Paweł Milcarz, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment’s office department.

This chain of fitness clubs, founded in Poznań, begins its expansion in Warsaw, starting with Moje Miejsce.

Just GYM was able to choose the location and refine the details of the contract thanks to cooperation with a consulting company Colliers International.

Workouts with Just GYM will begin as early as in the third quarter of 2019.
