Galeria Młociny not slowing down TALLY WEiJL to be another tenant
Galeria Młociny not slowing down TALLY WEiJL to be another tenant

The store of the Swiss brand with clothes and accessories for not only young but above all boldly fashionable women will occupy 220 square meters of the space in a modern retail-entertainment complex. It will be the largest store in Warsaw in the new concept of the brand. The opening of one of the largest investments in the capital, where Echo Investment is the investor and developer, is planned for the spring.

After the opening of the TALLY WEiJL store in Bielany, the number of Warsaw locations of the brand in the capital will increase to four. However, the new store in Galeria Młociny will be the only store of the brand in the northern part of Warsaw. In the facility neighboring the Młociny underground station, the Swiss chain will move into on the first floor. At this level, Echo Investment, the developer also in charge of commercialisation of the complex, has developed the Fashion Avenue with spacious 7.5-meter-high shop windows. Hangers in the store of the brand, which took its first steps in 1984 in a small tailoring workshop located in a garage, to have a design studio in the very centre of Paris today, will be full of the most recent collections which are characterised by a youthful and attention-grabbing style. They are good choices for every day, but they are also perfect for a party. Bielany's Fashion Avenue, in addition to the Swiss chain founded by Tally Elfassi-Weijl, will be co-created by such brands as Solar, Hexeline, Molton, Kappahl, TK Maxx or multibranded Vang Graff and Royal Collection.

- To create the best possible conditions for clothing brands is one of our priorities, which is why Galeria Młociny will be a real heaven for all people who love fashion. Coming on the list of tenants of TALLY WEiJL diversifies the fashion offer addressed primarily to young, self-confident women and girls having their finger on the pulse of the latest trends - says Karolina Prędota-Krystek, senior leasing manager at Echo Investment's Retail Department.

In the new store, you will be able to find the latest collections with attractive and always fashionable styles. The brand, which today has more than 800 stores in 39 countries around the world, is known for strongly encouraging its customers to boldly combine different parts of clothes from other lines into one interesting and always very feminine outfit.

- The decision to enter Galeria Młociny was primarily determined by the vast commercial potential of the project. Excellent location, well-planned space of the complex, appropriately selected set of tenants, and a special gesture towards fashion sector companies, all this will make the complex will grow very quickly into the commercial map of the capital and become the main destination for customers looking for an attractive and ambitious fashion offer. And as TALLY WEiJL we are looking for such locations - emphasises Anna Strauchold from "AS" Real Estate Advisor, responsible for the development of TALLY WeiJL chain in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Beautiful design and a diverse commercial offer make Galeria Młociny aspire to be a place dedicated to all social and age groups. We are more than happy of it because since January this year we have been introducing product changes, which include changing the size and expanding our product range by the age category 20+ - adds Anna Strauchold.

Currently, TALLY WEiJLY has 36 stores in Poland.

New, multifunctional centre of Bielany

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
