The first monobrand soggi salon in Poland will be opened in Galeria Młociny
The first monobrand soggi salon in Poland will be opened in Galeria Młociny

The first store in Poland with a full range of products of the brand will be opened in the latest shopping and entertainment complex in Warsaw. The lingerie store will occupy 57 sqm in Galeria Młociny. The lease level of the building, which has entered the last straight line, exceeded 90%.

Until now, sloggi's lingerie could be found primarily in Triumph stores (note: the sloggi brand belongs to the Triumph International portfolio) and in the multi-brand partner stores. From spring, the first in Poland and the fourth in the world monobrand store with a full range of products will be present in  Galeria Młociny. What distinguishes the store of sloggi from other distribution points of this brand in Poland is the diversity of collections and the unique design of the store, which is a reflection of the brand's character.

- The debut of sloggi in a new and, above all, full version will be a very interesting event. Finally, customers who have known and appreciated sloggi’s products  will have access to all collections. From a wider perspective, the new tenant is a valuable addition to the list of tenants of Galeria Młociny - says Marcin Kopczyk, Senior Leasing Manager of Galeria Młociny.

The brand, producing underwear items continuously since 1979, will move in a very attractive vicinity. Nearby there will be stores of Newbie, Swiss and Van Graaf. sloggi, which this year celebrates its 40th anniversary, offers its products in over 30 countries in around 20,000 sales points. The company, which since the beginning has sold over one billion items of underwear, is famous not only for products that are very comfortable and skin-friendly, but use innovative technologies. The most well-known solution used by sloggi is core-spun, that is, combining the right proportions of great quality cotton with lycra fibers to ensure elasticity and durability of underwear.

- The opening of the store in Galeria Młociny means starting a new stage for the brand. We want to make the best use of the growing brand recognition and the potential of sloggi and it is hard to have a better opportunity than the debut of our first monobrand store, which coincides with the debut of the most modern, multifunctional complex in the country - Galeria Młociny - emphasizes Marzena Kuśmirek, PR Manager of Sloggi PL Hub.

Currently, in the complex with a total commercial area of 75,000 sqm GLA which will place over 220 stores and service outlets, and 11,000 sqm of space will be dedicated to the food court and entertainment zone, the last construction works are underway. At the same time, the complex is being intensively commercialised. Only since the beginning of the year, the list of tenants from the fashion segment has increased by 10 brands in Galeria Młociny, including, among others, Vistula, Wólczanka, Molton, Hexeline and Tous.

EPP and Echo Investment are investors of Galeria Młociny

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
