Vistula and Wólczanka to be present in Galeria Młociny
Vistula and Wólczanka to be present in Galeria Młociny

Over 165 sqm of space will be occupied by stores of Vistula and Wólczanka in Galeria Młociny being developed in the vicinity of the transport interchange in Warsaw's Bielany. Both brands will be located in Fashion Avenue, which will become one of the key fashion addresses in the capital. The opening of more than 90 percent leased complex is planned this spring.

A man’s world of Vistula will be in Bielany

The newest store of Vistula located in Warsaw will occupy 130 sqm in Galeria Młociny. The interior of one of the largest stores of this brand in Poland will be designed in line with the latest design and will have an extremely men’s nature. This is due to spot, clear lighting, as well as colours dominated by shades of gravy and dark, cold  black. The whole, creating a male studio, will be divided into zones in which individual clothing lines will be presented. Lantier and classic Vistula with a black tag, focused on men who like a formal dress code, traditional tailoring and timeless patterns, as well as casual, urban and deeply embedded in current trends Vistula Red. In the brand's store, you will also find limited collections. The distinguishing feature of Vistula in Galeria Młociny will be an exclusive service of tailor made sewing of suits and shirts, dedicated to the most demanding customers.

“Galeria Młociny will provide residents of Bielany with a lot of possibilities to do shopping. The latest complex in Warsaw, featured by the interesting concept of Fashion Avenue, where every single meter was designed for clothing brands, is a perfect place for stylish stores of Vistula and Wólczanka. The huge demographic potential of this part of Warsaw and location that guarantees easy access are arguments for choosing Galeria Młociny” underlines Marcin Rydz, Development and Investment Director at Vistula Retail Group.

Wólczanka, over 70 years of tradition

The latest Warsaw’s store of the most renowned Polish brand sewing shirts, will occupy about 35 sqm in Galeria Młociny. In addition to the full range of men's and women's shirts from Wólczanka and the exclusive Lambert line - models for work, casual and models for special occasions, you will also find here polo shirts, soft sweaters, silk ties, bow ties and amart scarves. The interior of the store will be finished according to the latest design concept. The designers took care of, among others, an additional place for presenting women's shirts and comfortable fitting rooms.

Fashion Avenue

One of the hallmarks of the latest retail and entertainment complex in Warsaw will be Fashion Avenue, based on the best examples known from shopping arcades. This part of the complex, thanks inter alia to remarkable, more than 7.5-meter high double shopfronts, will be connoted with luxury department stores from Paris, Milan or London. In addition to providing unprecedented opportunities to present new collections and trends, architects also took care that shopfronts can be seen from each floor.

“The closer the opening, the faster Fashion Avenue fills up with tenants. We are glad that the list of tenants, enlarged only in recent weeks by such brands as: Lavard, Pako Lorente, Hexeline, Molton or Tatuum, will be complemented by flagship stores of one of the most recognisable and respected players on the national fashion market” says Marcin Szlufik, Senior Leasing Manager from Echo Investment’s Retail Department.

New, mixed-use centre of Bielany

The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.

Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.

Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.

Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
