The group of users of the second stage of the Park Rozwoju office complex, which is being carried out on Konstrukctorska Street by Echo Investment, has been joined by Mostostal Warszawa, which has leased 3,300 sqm.
“The signing of a contract with Mostostal Warszawa is an important stop in the commercialization of the second stage of the project. We are very glad that the company has chosen Park Rozwoju for its new office,” says Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. The second building, which obtained an occupancy permit in May this year, includes offices of Schneider Electric (3,800 sqm) and Intergraph (1,200 sqm). Mostostal Warszawa SA is one of the largest construction companies in Poland at this time. Its name and history are related to the reconstruction of bridges. However, the company builds not only bridges nowadays but also all kinds of general construction, industrial, environmental protection and road infrastructure facilities.
