Tryton Business House is officially open!
Tryton Business House is officially open!

‘I am from Gdańsk’ was the slogan displayed on a huge neon in the centre of Gdańsk on April 7th this year, which started the operations of the Tryton Business House office building.

The companies which will occupy a combined area of nearly 22,000 sqm will employ app. 3,000 people. Representatives of such industries as IT, consulting and finances have already opened their branches there. “We have leased app. 40% of the area and we are conducting very advanced negotiations with next tenants. All our current partners emphasize that the distinguishing feature of Tryton Business House is its central location and the building standard,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska from Echo Investment who is responsible for the commercialization of Tryton. “One of the people I have just talked to told me that Tryton looked as if it had always been there. We are very glad about these opinions because they prove that we managed to revive the centre of Gdańsk without disturbing its character at the same time,” said Rafał Mazurczak, director of Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department. “The activities aimed at encouraging enterprises to locate their offices in Gdańsk, which we have been conducting for many years, generate better and better results. Nowadays the local BPO/SSC sector employs more people than at the peak of employment in the shipyard. Next offices have been opened in Tryton, new companies emerge, there are jobs and we are happy things develop in this way,” said Piotr Grzelak, deputy mayor of Gdańsk. The ceremonious opening involved premiere illumination of the largest neon in Gdańsk, which was installed on the wall of Tryton.
